ETicket Database & ETicket Manager
Radixx Air contains an ETicket Database for all airlines wishing to support ETicketing. To access information in the ETicket Database, a tool called the ETicket Manager is used. The ETicket Manager enables the following:
- Provides a virtual view of an electronic ticket
- Provides multiple search methods for electronic tickets
- Provides coupon status
- Provides the ability to change coupon status
- Provides transactional history of the electronic ticket
- Provides local user history
- Provides multiple levels of user security
- Provides Revenue Accounting extracts Ticket Search allows for the querying of Radixx E-Ticket Database, OAL ETicket Databases and to Hook Interline/Codeshare Tickets if a Record and ETicket are out of sync.
