Radixx Air presents flight schedule, availability and fares simultaneously to agent on one screen. In addition alternate dates, availability and fares are presented at the same time. –The ability to book standard reservations, accept wait list or standby passengers and to book non-revenue travel

–The ability to book reservations by source whether consumer direct, travel agent of other user specified industry booking basis. Availability also include fares summary quote or fares rules feature for each passenger booked and availability quote given

–The ability to respond to availability requests by specific flight requirements such as date, day of week, destination, or fares by lowest available or all fares of a specific flight or date range.

–The ability to create unbalanced reservation, i.e. passengers can be traveling on different itineraries within the same record thereby reducing the requirement for split reservations

–Passenger type codes provide the ability to provide different prices, Adult, Senior, Child, Lap Child or Infant within the same fare class.

–Expanded passenger information: Date of Birth, Nationality, gender and passport information, frequent flyer information

–The ability to maintain all reservation history as well as all changes to a reservations record a in historical data base for easy verification or PNR retrieval

–A full receipt function provides quick updates to passenger bookings, changes and is available in multiple languages

Flight specific reservations detail can be stored and retrieved by passenger name, unique PNR numbers, flight and fare detail, address and telephone contact information and because Radixx Air is a transactional data bass all passenger and flight data is stored forever for easy retrieval and data mining opportunities.

The system has extensive support for payment. The system supports transactions involving cash, check, credit card, voucher or coupons, other user specified forms of payment as well as deferred or invoiced transactions and a combination of one or more forms as specified by the individual user may be assigned to each passenger transaction. The system supports multi currency and well as multi language which can be selected based on rules including the airport of origin.

The system is designed to support, ticket less, non BSP, Internet based stand alone carriers. Optionally, Radixx Air can be configured to connect with traditional distributions systems such traditional travel agents via Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and interline via Computerized Reservations Systems (CRS). GDS/CRS connectivity can be enabled or interoperated or bypassed by an airline user to craft business practices that compete effectively.

Radixx has a very robust voucher management system. Vouchers can be used for open credits, free flights, buddy passes, gift certificates, and frequent flyer redemption, etc. Vouchers can have automatic expiration dates and are tracked as to usage

The system contains the ability to confirm any number of system or user specified `Special Services`as well as assign seats to individual passengers.
