Since it is built on Oracle 10g, Radixx Air is able to function as a type of data warehouse or data mart. Every bit of data entry is stored and can be retrieved at any time. Therefore, rather than limiting its output to static reports, Radixx Air permits easy access to all the information on each and every flight at all levels of detail. Users can slice and dice the data any way they want. Selected reports are available, but since you can get to any information, you can determine how and what you analyse. Most reports can be downloaded to Excel or Access for additional off-line analysis. Custom extracts are easily implemented.
Because of the Oracle database, Radixx Air goes far beyond just saving and retrieving data. In addition to reporting, Radixx provides a simple method for linking previous instances of a passenger flying with their current flight. This means that passengers can be seen as customers, not just people in seats. Since the system is built on a powerful relational database, extensive customer analyses can be done to determine sources of traffic, regularity of flying, demographic analyses, etc.
