GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a software engineer that has experience working with Microsoft development platforms, specifically ASP.Net in a high transaction e-commerce environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop software as per business and technical requirements.
• Maintain software engineering best practices and software coding best practices.
• Maintain detailed documentation of code.
• Works directly with QA and testing staff to quickly resolve testing and quality issues.
• Ability to write Oracle PL/SQL.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong technical programming and problem solving skills.
• Co-ordinate release of code into production environment.
• Required Technical Skill Set: VB.Net, Web design including HTML and Java Script, .NET Framework, XML, XSLT, Oracle 10g PL/SQL development or other SQL experience, Knowledge of object orientated programming principles.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience with Visual Studio.
• Microsoft certification a plus.
