Leadership Bio
Ronald J. Peri! - Chief Executive Officer & Chairman, Radixx
Ron Peri founded Radixx International in 1994. He is the CEO and president, as well as the driving force behind the Radixx Air family of reservations systems. As a former executive with IBM, Ron has over 30 years experience in information technology. In 1985, Ron founded system integrator and mainframe replacement pioneer Computer Support of North America (CSNA), where he architected the first major replacement of an IBM mainframe with PC networks in 1987. His replacement of an IBM 3090 mainframe with PC technology reduced the annual IS budget by more than 90% at the reinsurance division of Beneficial Life Insurance (subsequently spun out as American Centennial Insurance, Inc.) and made front page news in the Wall Street Journal as the “vanguard of a revolution”. After assisting more than sixty companies at Fortune Five Hundred companies in replacing mainframes CSNA’s rapid growth led to its acquisition by the Ultimate Corp. In 1993, Ron founded Radixx to create mainframe equivalent software. Shortly thereafter Radixx was asked to create reservations software for a low cost carrier to replace their mainframe system. This system has been re-architected and redesigned and is now in its fifth generation. Radixx has grown substantially and now hosts airlines world-wide from Radixx’ high reliability data centre in Orlando, Florida
